When I started my personal training with Tytaomartialarts, I was overweight, was experiencing low energy, and had poor balance, flexibility and strength. Over the course of a few months, all that has changed. Tyler has a gift for knowing exactly what level you are at and then stretches you ever so slightly each time so that you make progress. He is great about demonstrating proper technique as well as motivating and encouraging you all along the way. He utilizes techniques from various disciplines such as Yoga, Boxing, Weight Lifting, and combat sports. His expertise in multiple martial arts is incorporated into each workout too.
I have lost weight, I feel strong and have already accomplished many of my fitness goals. I am making great progress and all while having fun! I have never had such a great time working out before in my life.
I highly recommend Tyler! He is a joy to be around and an awesome trainer! I am very grateful to him for all he has done for me.
